These affordable plans are separate from your Medicare plan. You will receive a separate welcome kit and ID card, and you will be billed independently from your Medicare plan.

Dental Prepaid Plans (C550 and HI215)

HumanaOne's Prepaid Dental Plans (C550 and HI215) give you 100 percent coverage for many preventive and diagnostic procedures, plus low copayments on many services, when you choose a dentist from our extensive provider network.

Dental Preventive Plus

HumanaOne's Dental Preventive Plus plan offers you 100 percent coverage for preventive care, such as cleanings and X-rays, with no copayments for office visits. You can choose any dentist you like, but you will receive greater discounts if you visit one of our many network providers.

Vision Insurance

HumanaOne's Vision Insurance Plans can help you save money on eye exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, and contacts.

Preventive Plus Package for Veterans

HumanaOne's Preventive Plus Package for Veterans, exclusively for U.S. Veterans, offers dental coverage at 100% for many in-network dental preventive procedures, low deductibles, no copayments, and provides many extras such as discounts on vision, hearing, prescriptions and clinic care services.
