How the Humana PDP Enhanced Plan works

• Broad coverage and fixed copayments to help you manage your costs with no deductible to pay
  
  
• If your total drug costs rise above $2,700, you pay 100 percent until your total out-of-pocket costs reach $4,350 on covered drugs – this is the coverage gap
  
  
• After that, Humana pays 95 percent, and you pay the greater of $2.40 for generic (including brand drugs treated as generic) and $6.00 for all other drugs, or 5% coinsurance
