How to change plans
If you are a member in our Medicare Advantage or prescription drug plans, you can quickly and easily change to another one of our plans on this Website during certain times of the year. Just enter your ZIP code above and access our online plan comparison tools. These tools let you estimate what your costs will be for each plan.
Once you've selected the plan you want to enroll in, we will ask you to identify yourself by entering your:
- Member ID (located on your Humana member card)
- Date of birth
- ZIP code
We'll put information from our records on your enrollment form automatically. All you have to do is verify that it's correct.
