Plans & Coverage
Get detailed information about plans and benefits. You can find out what your plan covers and when plans are in effect. You can also order new ID cards here.
Claims & Spending
View up to 18 months of claims, click "Details" for more specific information, and search by service date, claim status, or claim number.
Doctors & Rx
Use our online Provider Search tool to locate your plan's in-network doctors. You can also find their office hours, specialty, group affiliation, hospital admitting privileges and even driving directions! Plus you can compare hospitals for a specific procedure or diagnosis.
Look up drug coverage and benefits, review prescription drug claims, calculate estimated drug costs, find an in-network pharmacy, check for drug interaction problems, and find out about generic drugs. You can also review how much you've spent on prescription drugs to date, estimate future costs, and track prescription claims for up to 18 months. You can also take advantage of Humana's prescription mail order delivery service through RightSourceRxSM.
