MyOption Vision is available when you enroll in certain Humana Medicare Advantage (MA) plans or anytime during the year. You get the freedom to choose from an extensive network of EyeMed Vision experts in your area. The benefit provides full coverage of your annual routine eye exam for members who wear glasses. It also provides $290 toward your choice of frame, lens, and lens options or contacts each year. It includes discounts on laser eye surgery, and there's no waiting period before your coverage begins.

• $290 reimbursement toward your frame, lenses, and lens options or contact lenses annual benefit
