MyOption Platinum Dental
MyOption Platinum Dental is available for purchase for an extra monthly premium when you enroll in certain Humana Medicare Advantage plans. It allows you to customize your coverage with benefits that include preventive, basic, and major dental services not available with the standard plan.
Covered Services
There’s no deductible and a $2,000 maximum annual benefit.
In Network
- 100% coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 100% coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 100% coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 100% coverage on some basic services*
- 30% coverage on major services* like root canals, partial dentures and adjustments
- 30% coverage for restoration implants
Out of Network
- 50% coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 50% coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 50% coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 50% coverage on some basic services*
- 25% coverage on major services* like root canals, crowns, and dentures
- 25% coverage for restoration implants
