MyOption Healthy Back is available by enrolling in certain Medicare Advantage plans and can be purchased as an HMO or a PPO. With MyOption Healthy Back you can visit a chiropractor near you to get the help you need. This benefit makes it easy to budget for your chiropractic expenses. Plus, there’s no waiting period before your coverage begins.

HMO

Routine chiropractic coverage up to an annual maximum of <$500> per year at an in-network provider
After a $10 copay, you’ll pay nothing more at in-network providers

PPO

Routine chiropractic coverage up to an annual maximum of $500 per year (combined in and out of network)
After a $10 copay, you’ll pay:
- Nothing more at in-network providers
- 50% of the cost of out-of-network care

You must use licensed chiropractors at all times.
