MyOption Enhanced Dental PPO
MyOption Enhanced Dental PPO is available when you enroll in certain Humana Medicare Advantage plans. It lets you customize your coverage with benefits that include routine dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, and more serious needs like a root canal, crown, or dentures.

- 100 percent coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 100 percent coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 100 percent coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 100 percent coverage on up to two fillings per year
- 50 percent coverage on basic procedures* like extractions and re-cement of crowns and bridges
- 30 percent coverage on major services* including root canals, crowns, and dentures
Out of Network
- 50 percent coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 50 percent coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 50 percent coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 50 percent coverage on up to two fillings per year
- 45 percent coverage on basic procedures* including extractions and re-cement of crowns and bridges
- 25 percent coverage on major services* including root canals, crowns, and dentures
