MyOption Dental - Low PPO

MyOption Dental - Low PPO is available when you enroll in certain Humana Medicare Advantage plans. It lets you customize your coverage with benefits that include preventive and basic dental services not available with the standard plan.

In Network

100 percent coverage on up to two routine exams per year
100 percent coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
100 percent coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
50 percent coverage on basic procedures* including fillings and extractions

Out of Network

70 percent coverage on up to two routine exams per year
70 percent coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
70 percent coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
45 percent coverage on basic procedures* including fillings and extractions

*Frequency limitations may apply

Note: Major services like root canals, crowns, and dentures aren't covered
