MyOption Complete
MyOption Complete is available for purchase when you enroll in certain Humana Medicare Advantage plans or any time during the year. The benefit provides full coverage of your annual routine exams. In addition to coverage for common dental procedures, it includes allowances for eyeglass frames and hearing aids. Plus, there’s no waiting period before your coverage begins.
Covered Services
This includes a $1,000 maximum annual hearing benefit and a $1,500 maximum annual dental benefit.
In Network*
Dental
- 100% coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 100% coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 100% coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 100% coverage on fillings
Vision
- $0 copayment for one annual routine eye exam
- $150 annual benefit toward your frame, lens, and lens options or contact lenses
Hearing
- 100% coverage on one routine hearing test and fitting or evaluation per year
- $1,000 allowance for hearing aids per year (combined in and out of network)
Out of Network*
If you choose to use an out of network provider, you will be responsible for costs above the plan approved amount.

- 50% coverage on up to two routine exams per year
- 50% coverage on one set of bite-wing X-rays per year
- 50% coverage on up to two routine cleanings per year
- 50% coverage on fillings
Hearing
- 100% coverage on one routine hearing test and fitting or evaluation per year
